Shipping Policy
For direct-to-customer sales from this website, we offer shipping via UPS or Postal Service within Canada for a flat rate of CAD$20 and within the United States USD$25.
If you are in another country, you can use the contact form to request a shipping quote--generally around CAD$50.
It's best to allow 14 days to receive your order. We'll send you a tracking number so that you can follow the status of your shipment.
Duties and Taxes
Prints shipped to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Morgan Jane Miller Photography is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. The exception to this policy is that shipments to the US have had the "Trump tariff" built into the price.
Return Policy
We want to make sure that you are happy and comfortable buying from Morgan Jane Miller Photography. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order you may return it within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
Please inspect items immediately upon receiving them from the shipper. In the rare case that your order was damaged during shipping, please report this to us immediately so we can work quickly to get you a refund or replacement.
To return an item, email will@morganjanemiller.com with your order number, and we will quickly get in touch about returning your purchase. We will provide a return address in the US or Canada depending on your location.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping charges unless there is an error on our part, such as the wrong item was shipped, or the item arrived damaged or defective.
